While 94% of FTSE 350 companies have at least one woman on the board, only 13% have at least one female executive. What can be done to improve the gender balance?
The Women and Equalities Committee will be building on its recent work on this issue with a one-off evidence session to scrutinise progress. The oral evidence session is likely to be in June, and the deadline for written evidence submissions is 6th April 2016.
